Cavan has an abundance of Nature Walks just waiting to be explored. It's most famous Killykeen Forest Park, is only a 20min drive from our location. Cavan Burren Park , Virginia Deerpark Forest, and Castlesaunderson are all popular spots.

Cavan has a plethora of prestigious golf courses. The Cavan Golf is not too far away as well as the prestigious Farnham Golf Course.

The winding rivers and lakes in Cavan make for beautiful and interesting routes for Kayak or Canoeing. Cavan Adventure Centre provides this all year round.
Activities & History
Cavan Heritage and Geneaology Centre is only walking distance from the hotel. Other fun places to visit are Erica's Fairy Forest, Marble Arch Caves, Cavan County Museum and Town Hall Arts Space.

We welcome riders and families who are competing or travelling to Cavan Equestrian Centre to stay in Farnham Arms Hotel. We even have packages for riders and visitors.
