‘Housewife of the Year’, the award-winning documentary by acclaimed Cavan director Ciarán Cassidy, will receive a special screening and Q&A at Odeon Cinema Cavan on Thursday, 9th January 2025.
The screening is being presented by Cavan Arts Festival, Townhall Cavan Arts Centre, and Cavan Arts Office. It’s the first time this award-winning documentary, which won the Jury Award for Best Documentary at this year's Newport Beach Film Festival in Los Angeles, as well as claiming best Irish Feature Documentary at the Galway Film Fleadh, will be screened in Ciarán’s native Cavan.
